Ive been renting a Livpure Smart RO, and it has not been working for the past 7 days. Ive raised multiple complaints, and every time customer support says, Your issue has been escalated and will be resolved soon. But nothing has been done till now.
This delay has caused a lot of inconvenience to my family as we are left without clean drinking water. Extremely disappointed with the poor service and lack of response. If this continues, I will be forced to stop the service and explore other providers.
