Very bad organisation and behaviour. On 10th May 2024 I booked appointment to have one test on 11th May. I had asked total charges and they told its 5k after checking their price list. On 11th May 2024 at the time of bill payment they ask to pay 6.5k. When I ask yesterday you told 5k on call during appointment booking then the receptionist started excusing by saying that the lady who talked on call is new staff so she dont know the actual price. How a staff can tell the price by herself without knowing the actual price of test? I have recorded call and I shared to the receptionist on ebisu WhatsApp number. Voice of recorded call and receptionist is same but she was lying. Its very bad experience.
Lady receptionist at counter is very slow, there was only 2 people before me but its taken 35 minutes to get in counter. She was continuously busy on phone call.
Ill suggest to all the people please go to other diagnostic centre instead of this for any test. They are charging like anything. They are very cheap people
