This AC is a total waste of money. Let’s talk about the customer service of Kenstar, its very pathetic. They try to suck as much money as they can from the customer at the time of installation. This AC has a lot of problem. The cooling of this AC is also not effective.
After use of few months it started giving error display, after calling for service it worked for few weeks and then the next problem arises. Now water is coming with the air from this AC. This is very disgusting for anyone to have a new AC and now and then it do not work. The product quality of Kenstar is really not good. They should make some better quality products. The service guy which come to install the AC or repair the AC is also very ill skilled. He do not know how to do the stuff. All the time he has to be told how to do the installation related stuff.
