Well listen to me you reader, what I personally feel is this book is so soothing that will actually feel like you are doing meditation every time you read this. So try reading two- three pages every morning, if you can!
Basically he deals with body mind and energy and gives you a visionary of your inner being. Not in a very hypothetical way rather a little scientific approach has been lead forward by the writer. Till the end of this book the person has actually taught you spiritually without uttering the word once even !
If you are ardent follower of Sadhguru and love to listen to him all the time then please do pick up this book because everything that you listen is here only. That’s why I say all the time, books are the greatest source of information.
