Audio Clarity Redefined

Pros:

1) Comfortable on the ear, firm but not very tight. Can use for long duration without any pain or irritation. Ears feel very nice and cozy inside.

2) Noise cancellation – Very effective.

3) Detachable Mic – Simply great. Can plug-in whenever needed while gaming or chatting, remove while watching movie or listening to music. Mic is pretty loud and clear. Advice – while detaching pull it gently from the end connected to the headphone.

4) Bass Boost and Virtual Surround are excellent. In my previous headphones these features used to distort the audio a lot.

5) Activate loudness equalization and enjoy your favorite Games, Movies or Music. It’s a treat.

Cons:

1) Built Quality – Even though built quality of the headphones and the cable felt very sturdy, my problem was with the Inline mute & volume controls. The small mute button got loose and fell in my hand the first time I used it. Fortunately I was able to put it back in its place but don’t think it will hold for the days to come.

2) Headphone cannot be used with 3.5 mm socket. Since I will be using it with my Gaming PC which has several USB ports unused, it’s not a big issue for me. Others may try USB to 3.5 mm convertor. OTG cable may be used with mobile phones. Again, I have not tested doing either.

3) Cable length – Some may find the 2 meter cable a bit short. It is perfect for me as my earlier headphone had a very long cable which used get tangled all the time. USB extension cable may be used if required.

Final thoughts: For a price of around 2 K, I found it to be value-for-money. It’s right up there with Sennheiser, JBL or Sony. I would give it a 8.5/10.
