Fee-wise, the quality of education is not there

There is a lot of miscommunication from the teachers’ end. Sometimes, they fail to inform us about events, and we only find out when we arrive at school. Homework books often go unchecked, and incorrect answers are sometimes marked as correct.

During Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs), we rarely receive satisfactory answers from teachers, who seem to be in a hurry to obtain feedback from us.

For even small trips or events, the school charges an additional ₹1, 000 to ₹2, 500 on top of the already hefty fees. We send our children on trips under the school’s responsibility, but the school requires us to sign a waiver absolving them of any liability in case of accidents.

The school has four different uniforms for such young children. During admission to Euro Junior, we were told that the same uniform would be used in Euro Senior, but now they have changed it. It seems like the school is more interested in making money than providing quality education.

It’s impossible to reach the management to file a complaint, and even when we do, our concerns are never addressed. The school also fails to follow the Maharashtra government’s rules regarding school opening times. Children have to wake up at 6:00 AM to catch the bus and arrive at school by 8:00 AM.

The staff is extremely rude and sends children back home if they arrive late, regardless of the reason. If they do allow latecomers to enter, they mark them absent nonetheless.
