Unprofessional ac customer care by blue star

I have purchased blue star 1.5 split ac from nearby authorised dealer ( nagole , Hyderabad) one year back. Since 3 weeks it not working properly, inspite of repeated complaints blue star people are not fixing the problem. My customer ID: 800001242177
