I wish I could give zero rating. Purchased this laptop in 2021 and it is still under warranty. Within 6 months of purchase the keys and fabrication started to came out, then they attempted to scan my hard disk by trying to take all sorts of unwarranted consents from me in order to repair my Bezel(part of laptop body). They are a Chinese company stealing data! I had even reported this to Mumbai Police. Next now my windows upgraded from version 10 to windows 11 and my camera and microphone stopped working. Customer support service representatives Nikhil Patra and Ankit Porwal were completely unsupportive and had no resolution to provide inspite of my laptop being under warranty. They refrained to give me contact details of Head Customer service inspite of my repeated requests. I have the recorded call with me. They say I must downgrade to ver 10!. Imagine a 2021 purchased laptop 11th generation becomes incompatible with one windows upgrade version. There hardware and drivers are not equipped to even handle one upgrade version of Windows. Refund my money back and take your useless incompatible toy back. Its not worth being called a machine.
