Bought this washing machine on 20/01/2019. The door hinges broken on 20/08/2020 and filled a complaint on the same day. But no one has attended to my complaint . till 27/09/2020. After several calls to their customer care number all my efforts went in vein. I am mentally frustrated and sent a legal notice to the company 4days back. On 28/09/2020 that is today technician came and fixed the door hinges and they charged me Rs950/ for the part. The machine is under warranty but they charged me . But the door hinges is not worth that much amount. This is a worst product and worst service and there is no customer care from customer care executives. They are not friendly they cut the call while you were talking , they are not listening to your grevances. Don’t buy this product.
