I have purchased GODREJ on May 2023 and till today one year we have not used AC properly. In one year I have raised 6 complaints and till today issue not fixed. I have given complaint as AC is not cooling 5 times they filled Gas and went, after big argument they took my AC to there service center and told machine is working good after one week. Later they told issue is with cooper pipe and they asked to pay 2000. I have argued this is not my fault why should I pay 2000 as it should come as warranty. They told pay money if not you purchase outside and give. Later they fixed 6th May 2024 and I dented to pay money as service guy agreed copper pipe is damaged when it was installed. I spoked to SELVIN GODREJ service manager he said you need to pay if you didn’t pay were ever you raise complaint we will not address your issue and threaten me like what ever you want do. After all this fight again same problem AC is not working and cooling is not happening. As GODREJ team is not ready to replace the machine and service center also threatening me for don’t know we’re to go and I wasted my 35000 in purchasing this product. Am very much depressed because of this issue and current climate is also horrible. I need support from consent department to rectify this issue.
