One of the worst store which I have ever experienced in my life Avoid this store they dont have Manners to solve customer grievances "we purchased O general’s AC but when technician came to our home he said its Outdoor unit is massive it wont fit in to your house so he said replace it with lower capacity AC and fit it in the different room so we approached store to replace they literally started harassing us by saying we dont have this model you should take the model which we have but technician suggested us with different model, they said we need to order the model which you want we said order it they said it will reach to your home in two days but then after two days we called them . they started avoiding our phone calls they literally blocked out no. store manager "amit ambegaokar" in nagpur cut our call twice these employees dnt have manners and value of their own commitment I would suggest avoid LOTUS its worst! anyway we will file a consumer forum complaint for sure for this trauma
