The microwave is quite user friendly as all functions are stated on the panel. Also has got a self cleaning system by steaming. I have been using this product since two years and have not had to go for any repairs. The design is quite sleek. The product gives a glow to your kitchen. There are options even to bake various dishes. Options on the panel are for multi functional - which makes cooking easier and thus wont spoil vessels which are meant for a specific dish. There is an option to grill as well. As a bachelor, this convection has been and still is a good kitchen companion.
As already informed, I have never got a chance to use the service and support for IFB.
