This is to inform you that I am being fooled by one of your sales RM of Bajaj Society Motors,
(names-Atul and Bajpai Ji) chunni ganj Kanpur as they told me that if I booked and completed payment for my bike they would hand over the vehicle next evening and after that the next day by understanding all this by RM I was there to make payment methods with my mother and I made every necessary procedure and payments(Done on 26th August 2023)to get bike delivered next day on sunday(27th of august) as they were saying and promising me but yet its monday today and yet my vehicle is not delivered and on that same that when i made payment my rto vehicle number was also generated at 4 pm evening and yet they not deliver my vehicle yet they both were fooling me as i have asked Mr Atul several times to deliever it but always making excuses please help me out in this case other wise i will take this issue further as i have made payment for the bike but yet not have any single thing of bike as i have also talked to Seema on customer care she is also saying iam forwarding your complaint but no one yet called me back for bike delievery should i take strict legal action against it then you guyz will listen please help me out as I have my all receipts also with me all these issues are also spoiling yr brand image of Bajaj.
