I recently bought this and use it and I’m very disappointed with this Syska 10000 mah powerbank. The syska 10000 mah powerbank doesn’t live up to it’s capacity claims. It’s does not give the power backup of 10000 mah anytime. It’s barely full charge my phone which is of 5000 mah. It’s charging speed is also very slow and painful. Even after leaving it for all night it’s charges my phone upto around 50% only . It’s build quality seems so cheap which I not supposed from syska brand.Its also overheating while charging my phone which causes heating my phone also which might cause some issue in my phone also. When I complain to its customer service regarding my issues they failed to respond me.
