Do not ever go for products from Kutchina. Their products are standard, and service provided by service centers in Kolkata(in Salt Lake and Lake Town) are just horrible.
They will shamelessly take AMC contract money and then refuse service.
If you ask them, they will behave rudely and cancel the contract without refunding your money.
This is a fraud and cheating company. Avoid it at all cost.
