Panasonic looks for ways to charge extra. I had purchased this and Panasonic technician came to install but I gave him my stand for the out unit and they charged extra 295 for for just putting the out vent on a stand that was not bought from their agents. And if you purchase a stand from Panasonic they charge 999rs. Also, some models don’t provide cooper wires. Never purchase Panasonic AC. Other brands are way better.
