One of the worst nightmare ! Applied for home loan sanction letter. Paid the processing fee and waited for almost 2.5 months. Mr.Karthikeyan and his supervisor Mr.krishna Kumar from Chennai, RMZ office were the two who cheated. I waited for a long time. Did hundreds of calls. Hundreds of messages. No response. Karthikeyan simply cheated us by lying everytime. Inspite of complaining to his supervisor, no action was taken. His supervisor is also the same. He also lied everytime and have excuses. When we asked for refund, they ill-treated us. After lots of effort, we finally got the refund after 2.5 months. It’s a total waste of time. One of the worst experience. HDFC is waste. I wish to give 0 star but it’s not available.
