I bought this from Amazone, It got received on 16th August in Bokaro Jharkhand. No response from Kodak for installation. No response not even an SMS I got from them. Email sent to their customer care also but no reply from them. There service is pathetic in Jharkhand,
Day2: I tried to return this product to Amazon as I dont feel its good to have a tv whose tech support is not available nearby.
If You are not living in metro or may be in some class-A city like patna bhopal etc dont buy their product as they dont have service in other cities.
Day4 : I was told by Amazon that they will not be able to return the product as they need to do 3 brand escalations and even after that if the brand will not install they will return it. 3 escalations means anoth 6-7 days. So they want to give full time to Kodak so that they arrange some one for installation. My concern is not on installation but on customer support, if Kodak not giving support in the beginning how can I expect them to help during warranty period. But still Amazon CC is not listening for return and they are kind of forcing me to continue with this brand even if it has no support in my area.
