This is to inform you that I have never experienced a more pathetic service and worse products than Croma products.
I really do not believe that is this really a TATA enterprise or some local manufactures, having no standards and policies. You guys really should only be selling other company products because you do not have capability of producing standard quality products nor servicing standards. Please stop selling extended warranty as you can’t handle service related issues because you do not have technical staff nor proper call centre infrastructure. Your agents and their TL’s are there only to say thank you and sorry. Never experienced a worse call centre staff - who terrorises you or literally frustrates you to the core. These guys are so frustrating by giving false promise that they increase the customers blood pressure with their nonsensical talk.
A sincere advise to TATA Enterprises "PLEASE STOP MANUFACTURING CROMA PRODUCTS".
I plan to register a court complaint against your esteemed Organization and the agents who have caused me mental agony and harassment in the last 3.5 years since when I purchased this great Washing Machine manufactured by "CROMA". For this I request you to please provide me with the list of complaints with their dates and time since I purchased this machine along with the agent names.
Last 3 people with whom I spoke with are Vishal, Mohd Sidiqque and Ashish. The only thing these great people did was give false promises, frustration and high blood pressure. The TL’s do not bother to ever call back and it is given an impression that they do not even care about the customer and speaking to them would only scare you, as though they are the highest officials in the company.
Since last 3.5 years the only thing I have done with your customer care is complain, complain and complain and you people till date are only giving false promises.
Fed up with this local Chinese made washing machine.
