I purchased the trimmer in November 2016. The product has its pros and cons. Talking about the pros. The ergonomic design helps you in holding the trimmer while you trim your beard without having fatigue. One can control the speed of the blades as per one’s requirement. Now coming to the cons. The battery may take 8-10 hours to get fully charged. The battery however, lasts for only 1 hour, a major disadvantage. The charger: if you lose the charger, the trimmer becomes useless. I lost my charger and had a really difficult time in getting the replacement.
