I have been using ICEX for a few months now and I have faced more issues that made trades. Features like price alerts never work as expected. I felt this was a technical glitch with my account, but the price alert feature in itself is faulty. The spot market price is always inaccurate whenever I’m trying to place an order. I get higher prices when I try to buy and low prices when I’m selling. The market watch section takes forever to load and I just use other apps to get the updates.
They need a separate news section on the main dashboard to keep track of current affairs. Moreover, when you want to report all of this or need help from customer support, email is the only option. My phone was never connected and the email support takes a week to respond. I would recommend using more reliable exchanges than ICEX.
