We bought this microwave five months ago because of his great specifications . It has very attractive look. The design is awesome . At starting it cooks well but after that it started showing true colours . IFB has name everywhere but quality we get wasn’t . Felt disappointed . Once I cook cake in it and you won’t believe it within 5 minutes my cake was all destroyed . Sometimes it heats so fast and sometimes too slow . Bad part is the service . I call customer care like 5-6 times there comes no response . One time they pick my call and they said technician will be their in a day and no body come to see it. When my father goes directly their they send a guy who know nothing and he took a week or more than that to repair it .
