NEVER …I bought the Ecovacs Deebot Y1Pro Plus in July 2024 and within one month it had issues and was not working properly …it is also unhygienic as the mud gets accumulated in the dust passage and it stiks so badly …also the Robot doesn’t go inside the dock …initially I had wifi connectivity issues for which I had to send the Robot within 2 days to Mumbai ..they repaired it and it got connected..they send the machine after 15–17 days ..
At the time of buying the defective product, I was told that they have their customer care representative in Surat and he will help us in Vadodara..but now they don’t have any one in Gujarat and everytime you need to send this defective piece to Mumbai and they take 15–17days to simply change a part ..I had to send it again last month and they just changed the charging port and sent me after 17 days ..when I received the Robot, the issue was the same ..now they tell me to buy the water tank as the portal has rusted..
How can a product get rust within 4 months of using ??? What kind of Robots they make ? Horrible customer service… I ordered the water tank costing 4000 Rs and they didn’t send me the product till another 12 days …
Upon opening the box, I could see that they sent the tank loose without any original box packing and when I opened the bubble wrap and saw the tank, it was used one ..I could see the dirt and bubbles or water in the tank …
This company is fooling the customers.. PLEASE AVOID BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY..ZERO CUSTOMER CARE, ZERO QUALITY… They just know how to fool the customers and take money ..they give false information at the time of buying the product..they said the parts are available and when we order they take the money and then say it’s out of stock and then send the used piece..I sent the unboxing videos also ..I had mentioned to their customer executive that I need a fresh piece but still they sent used one without original packing ..how can they do this when they take full money ??
Even the Robot performance is not at all good …it will spoil your floor and gaps between the tiles …PLEASE STOP ALL YOUR CONTACTS NOT TO BUY FROM ECOVACS.. don’t waste your money …
