I visited your Godrej Interio store in Chandigarh (SCO 120-122, Sector - 17-C, Chandigarh) on 29/3/2013.
I booked a chair (Bravo High Back, Earth Song color). I was told that the product is in stock. I told the salesperson to deliver the chair at my address on Monday to which he agreed.
After waiting on Monday I called them on Tuesday asking about the status of the chair. They said that the office was busy due to closing on 31st March and chair would be delivered today itself. I again waited and the chair was not delivered on Tuesday as well.
I called them again on Wednesday and they said they had only one chair in stock in the color that I asked for and it had some irreparable damage on the chair. They asked me to come to the showroom and select other color which they had in stock. Although angry due to wait, I agreed on switching the color.
I visited the showroom after couple of days to select a different color for the chair and they told me that they have sold all the chairs and nothing was in stock. This was getting more and more frustrating.
They gave me an option of ordering the chair from Bombay and said it would take around 10-14 days and I agreed on that as well. I called them again after couple of weeks and I was told that they are not clear on the status of the chair and I would receive a call back after they have further information. As expected, they did not call back.
After repeated calls, today I was told that the chair would take another 10-15 days to reach Chandigarh. The asked me to go ahead and cancel the order to get the refund. After wait of almost One month, it is frustrating to say the least. This is highly unprofessional approach from you guys. I am frustrated and tired of waiting. I will never recommend Godrej products to anyone in my friends and family.
