I was purchased LVac voice pro robo in May 2024. The motor was not working in warranty period. Servicing agent not inspected and without rectifying the issue , they asked for OTP that the problem solved. Servicing person using vulgar language and company also not responding properly. Don’t buy Eureka Forbes robo.
