IFB Microwave 25 SCI is cheap quality microwave about which one should never bother. This microwave is not worth its price and has got a poor service providence.
I used to have this microwave some months ago but I was pressurized to throw it. I bought one in the February of 2017 which worked well till the May which a about 4 months and after that one day it stopped working. I registered my complaint in the service centre of my area but no one came to repair it, after around 15 days I called them again and they said that my complaint has already so I registered one again but the same thing happened again with me. Finally on the third time, an engineer came to repair my microwave in the last days of july, and I don’t know way but I had to pay him when my product was still under warranty. The microwave stopped working once again last month, October, and finally I sold it to a scrap dealer.
I will never recommend it to anyone after all this as I don’t want anyone to face what I did.
