I followed up with them for the agreement for several months, they did not care to even share the draft agreement. their lawyer Bhagat just keep postponing with absolutely foolish excuses like Madam, we are working on it, just wait until next week and so on. Their front man Vijay, is the biggest fraud and also a criminal. He had even intimidated me twice on the call. As many others here are expressing their honest views, I am sure law will catch up with these people. Santosh Seu Pawar and his wife will certainly face the legal consequences unless they mend their ways and return the money of people or complete all the formalities of the land transfer.
