Hey there, I have purchased this earphone in 20.01.2020 as I needed a good quality earphone with good sound as well as good level of base too . But I have to mention some negatives I faced while using this product . First of all the sound quality was very good but the rubbers attached are not so well fixed and I tried all set of those rubbers but they are very loose and came of many times . Secondly, I faced problem with the jack too, after passing 14 months of purchasing the product . No doubt boat warranty policy is very good but first time I faced reliability issues with boat, Now I have different earphone of Boat and still using . I brought it 2 years ago .
Sometimes, people got defective products but it doesn’t mean the brand is not good . We all know the quality of Boat and personally I trust the brand . But I shared my genuine experience with the earphone so that other buyers can use this for research while buying a budget earphone for long time use .
