I am a student of NIT Calicut for the past two years and though there are some criticism to make all I could see now is the advantages that the college has provided us in the past two years.
With an excellent academic program with an NBA Accreditation for our branch, what more could we ask for. The labs are really good., the faculty is OK except for the fact that more than half of them are only recently employed and serve as ad-hoc faculty.
There is no dress code for us unlike other colleges who impose restrictions on dress you where to. That’s the best thing I like about my college. They give value to our opinions in our lives unlike other colleges.
They encourage a sense of individuality and decision making when other colleges fail to do so. The infrastructure of our college seems a bit old. But it is OK to work with.
