In 2015 I purchased this mobile phone from a mobile store, when buying the mobile I get a one year warranty on the mobile. I came home to buy this mobile then I used the mobile for about two months only one day the mobile display and touch screen where not working properly I after 2 days the mobile touchscreen stop it working I talk the mobile and went to the store immediately and so the shop owner the problem on this mobile then the shop owner asked me to go to the service centre on this mobile company. Then I went to my my nearest service centre. And so ask the problem on my mobile from the service centre was informed that since the mobile parts is not available. Will have to go back to the service centre after 7 working days. In this way after the date I go to the service centre but my mobile does not repair
