May be the Company is using very Poor underrated quality Materials Or Seconds product to Cheat & Dupe customers, Out of(04) four wash basins purchased(03) three of them developed hair line cracks, which is frustrating & wasteful.
Despite regular bringing it to the notice of Cust care & executives, all had given falls assurances, & even claiming the basin in question are NOT THEIR PRODUCT finally bowed down,
@ times replying mails which doest coraborate with the queries made. Making falls claim that basins are broken inspite of their ser engg report - Basins cracked. All these happened after cleaning and maintenance with great care, the wash basins shows signs of wear and tear like cracks developed within a short span of time.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend the HINDWARE wash basin to anyone looking for a reliable and durable product Becz of POOR ATTITUDE & BEHAVIOUR OF THEIR OFFICIALS OVER THEIR PRODUCT QUALITY. Instead, consider exploring other brands that prioritize quality, attitudeand customer satisfaction.
