Hi Panasonic,
I would like to inform you all that I have purchased a Panasonic A/c 1.5T AC(CS/CU-EU18AKY3XF) on 02/06/2024 from Vasanth & Co, Porur branch. Post installation of the Ac the engineer found it to be a defect in outdoor unit and it makes more noise rather than usual.
I have immediately logged a complaint to Vasanth & Co but no proper response from them. So I have raised to Panasonic but same thing no response from their end.
Later engineer who installed the AC advised that he will install a additional kit to arrest the sound but post that it didnt work well. Again the same issue persist. He later reported that the outdoor unit is faulty and needs to be replaced.
But still no proper solution provided to me and Im still unable to use the product as it make such a noise. Which is not bearable by us and it may affect neighbors peace.
Im stuck and helpless on this issue. Any kind of advise to proceed with this further or escalate this to next level.
My situation is bad that Im going to pay EMI in next few days for the product which I havent used so far.
