I just got this product and clearly there are many many faults in it:
It refuses to accept vessels that other induction cook tops readily accept. I used the kind of vessels that were specified in the handbook- stainless steel etc. It does not even accept any non stick pans either.
It makes a lot lot lot of noise.
It has very cumbersome functionalities- for example, you have to choose 4 to 5 preset options before it starts the process of heating ei. pressure cooker, boiling etc, then comes the irritating timer, the temperature so on. Inspite of choosing all the options, it will shut off randomly, after which you have to reset the options all over again.
