I brought a ifb microoven model 20sc2 after 4 months the key pad (start and reset) buttons are not working .so, I contacted customer care and booked a ticket . Ifb giving a service through a agency nearby my home (elite electronics Poonamallee) serivce man from that agency arrived and looked into problem and he told the keypad is not in stock so wait for 3 days , he also forwarded message from ifb customer care and he himself gave feedback and closed my ticket but the problem was not resolved.After that I contacted service man many times but he doesnt picked my call and i asked customer care and they told your problem was resolved.I recommend buying ifb microoven is not only waste of money but also waste of time
