Unfortunately, within 40 days, my family’s health deteriorated, with my family members requiring hospitalisation. We later discovered, after doctors advice that Livpure RO filters were removing essential minerals, causing health issues. After switching to bottled water temporarily, we noticed a significant improvement in our immunity and health.
Regarding billing, the executive assured us that they would refund the unused portion after deducting 3 months of usage due to the lock-in period. However, they’re now refusing to provide any refund. Be cautious about committing large sums to this company if you’re just trying it out.
