I installed an IFB air conditioner at my home, and it has been the worst experience ever. Within just 5 months, they had to replace the unit three times, yet the AC still doesnt cool properly. It seems like even during replacement, they might have provided refurbished or defective units instead of new ones.
Extremely disappointed with the product quality and service. I would not recommend IFB ACs to anyone looking for a reliable air conditioner.
