I suffer from pollen allergy, and unfortunate on my part I happen to purchase a eureka forbes product for air purification, and put my faith in an organization which has absolutely no sense or track record of good customer service.
It is now over 3 months, and I have been following up at least 2 times every week to get the HEPA filter replaced with no success. Now only option left for me is to ring the bell of consumer court, and summon them to appear after a judge and explain their story.
Their customer service department knowledge level is also quite bad, and they cannot make out the difference between a water filter and air filter. Their web site for service escalation doesnt work. Their service department doesnt even know how to escalate a service request. Please avoid all sort of eureka forbes product, and wish me best of luck to drag them to consumer court.
