I got a new IFB 20SC2 Mirowave Oven, with in 1 week the wheels where the glass dish rests broke.
the service technicians came after 4 days after raising complaint and they came without any spare parts.
they came 4 times after that each time with different parts which was not fitting into my model/
the worst service I have ever faced in my life
