Useless builder. Be careful. Review on Redbrick Realtor Chennai

This builder is Son in Law of Appasamy ( Real Estate Giant). He uses his father in law’s name as part of his marketing strategy. But the construction quality will be very poor.

The builder has very good articulation and elocution skills. Based on your mindset, he will influence you. Please don’t fall for his speech and fake promises. All his speeches will be valid only before the sale. After sales, you will see his actual character.

This builder targets only new buyers and makes sure that the new buyers won’t interact with his existing customers. Because it will impact his sales.

All of his Google reviews are moderated. You will see only good reviews. All the negative reviews will be removed. Good reviews and testimonials are either paid or given by his friends and relatives.

This builder is not RERA approved. So he will blindly walk off once the sale is completed.

The build quality is the worst. Substandard materials are used for construction. Plastering is not done properly. The cement to sand mix ratio is not proper. The builder has used more sand. The walls are weak and hence there is water leakage in most of the areas during rains. The paint quality is the worst. You will start to see the issue after one or two years of handover.

Overall it’s a typical housing board kind of build quality. Think twice before you make a purchase.

.You will see the orginal face of the builder ( Ramdevan) after the amount is paid. He will not allow to customize any thing. Even the tile color we cannot select. Not a customer friendly builder.

Uses cheap quality building materials. Also the labours under him are not skilled labours.

Water leaking problem everywhere. Finish quality is not good.

Please don’t buy apartment from this builder. He is no 1 Fraud. Poor building quality. Water leaking in most of the places in our apartment within one year of construction. Lot of construction issues. Please don’t waste your money with this builder.
