Disappointing Experience with Reliance Digital’s Extended Warranty Service
I purchased a whirlpool Intellifresh convertible refrigerator from Reliance Digital in Budge Budge in 2022. However, I was forced to buy an extended warranty for around ₹7, 000.
Now, when my fridge stopped working properly, I’ve had a horrific servicing experience. Despite multiple calls, Reliance Digital’s service team has consistently failed to deliver. They claim to have visited, but it’s always on a different day. This has been going on for 10 days.
I warn everyone: think twice before purchasing extended warranties from Reliance Digital. Ensure you understand the terms and conditions properly.
