I have bought this product from amazon before 4 months. Everything was working fine for 2 months. But after 2 months, it has started giving many problems. It has two lights from which one light is no more working. The chinmey also kmakes too much noise which is very irritating. It becomes hot too.
The steel or whatever the material used in this chimney is of very bad quaity. I have got some Crack whe it was going triugh installation.
As this chimney is very big and bulky as well as heavy, it is very difficult in handling.
The style and design is very good. I really lover the design which is simple and attractive.
The customer service is very bad. I have tried calling them many times but got no response.
So, if anyone is thinking of buying the product then its a no from my side
