Very bad experience with HR by name ATHIRA..she is thinking she is the head and everything is run by her decision..went there for my child’s admission enquiry..looking into my past work experience principal asked me to send the resume..this HR is having such head weight that from day 1 she was with full of attitude..I just ignored her by taking principal as my main priority..gave interview..after that I called her for the follow up after a week..she never responded..I called after 15 days..after 20 days ..there was no response..she by herself called me one day and asked me to wait for a week..but after 15 days again I dint get a call or any update..she never recieved my call..after 1 month 12 days of my interview I by myself called her for the follow up..then she told can’t take your resume further.. am not offending for the rejection..my question is whose duty was to inform about the interview results.? She was so so rude..do whatever you want..I don’t want to take you further..I asked for a reason..she was unable to answer my question..anyways I ignore..but I was about to admit my child over there..now definitely I don’t want to..such rude behaviour people will spoil total environment..for the name sake they call it’s premi.
