My personal experience about this product and specially for videocon company is very bad because this refrigerator is not able to cool and in the time of summer when we need cold water is so much that time its not working properly and the service of videocon is very bad there is no educated engineers only education less person are worked in company. the material which used by the company is also not good always some problem faceing by me after purchasing this refrigerator the comprassor of the refrigerator alway creat sound some time low some time high but its creats and more over no one purchase used product like this so it was very use less product for all
