Its 3 yrs since I purchased this product. Called the Service Engineer `Sunil Bajaj’. He is asking on the phone itself what is wrong with the machine. He gets the spare part after 2 days and understands that the machine has a different problem. He does not bother even calling back. Have to call him to know when he is turning up. Overall the service engineer issue is still hanging. Pathetic call centre service. No follow-up by them even after complain. There is a lot of product issues. It says automatic but the program goes on a reset mode.
Totally hasstled by the product.
