Im strongly advising my friends to avoid Haier products due to their poor service. We purchased a refrigerator from Reliance Digital just three months ago and have been experiencing problems for the past month.
Despite logging two complaints, the experience has been frustrating. The first complaint mysteriously closed after two weeks with no notification. For the second complaint, Haier customer service keeps calling daily asking if the issue is resolved, but no technician has been sent to diagnose the problem.
To make matters worse, theyve updated the complaint system with false information, claiming I was unreachable or refused to pay a service charge. This is completely unacceptable, especially since the product is under warranty and shouldnt incur any service fees.
Overall, Im incredibly disappointed with Haiers product quality, service, and customer care.
