Hi everyone, the two executives from PHW company convinced us to take the holiday membership for three years, in Bangalore by promising that it is the best company with a very good properties world wide and they assured us that we will always be there to help you, but everything went in vein. Last year when I was planning to go for a trip, I called one of the executives and came to know that both of them left the company. I tried to book from their portal but couldn’t. Now I don’t have any other option to write the mail to them for the bookings. Even after writing several mails they just responded saying we will help you with the bookings as still some time is there but didn’t do our bookings and keep postponing our bookings. Finally after calls and mails nothing happened and we have to book the hotels and other things ourselves from some other portal.
This year in the month of Nov 2024, I gifted the trip to one of my relatives and they tried to do the booking several times from their portal and on different dates but every time it’s showing unavailable. It was such an embarrassing situation for me and then finally they booked themselves.
PHW is not trustworthy, make big promises do nothing. They are just cheating and making money. Beware from these kind of people
