Sikkim is a dreamland for me.Had been to that place twice and it was a peak season . We had difficulty in getting rooms in the hotels.Heard about the new hotel named Hotel Randezvous.The first impression was a good and safe hotel , new and it needs time to set up but Its serenity, warmth and the service made me feel at home.The only thing I found a little difficult was the road /entrance of the hotel which was too steep and under construction.Even the car had difficulty going up.
The view of the place can be enjoyed through the windows.The location is in prime place. Conveyance, shopping , eatables are at arm’s length.
The room size, the decor, the toilets and other facilities of the rooms are satisfactory.
I would recommend newly weds, young groups , businees people, friends, kids and families and older generation too if the road has become smooth by now to stay in this hotel and get the glimpse of the scenic beauty of this beautiful place.
The ambience, service of the hotel is good but needs more manpower.The reception area should be handled by ladies too and should bring more warmth.
