You learn a lot here following are my learning here:
1) how to stop your juniors without any work till late working hours
2) you are mentally harrass here
3) you are not allowed to question manager regarding his policy which is eating employees security, their late working hours policy.
4) at pm when there is closing time, manager starts providing you work.
5) celebration are celebrated here on anyone’s termination.
6) HR are mindless they say what the manager says to them, illogical things, manager conaider himseld Shakespeare and when asked to write a blog he cant even write a paragraph by himself.
7) you are not being allowed to keep your cell phones.
8) He always cares about money dont care about employees health.
9) Only manager is allowed to have coffee and if anyone else ask for coffee he os she will be scolded by him.
10) colleagues are very helpful, dont trust HRs theh are just work as CCTV cameras for manager, what they hear they just say everything to manager. They are trained to get information from employees and for that they can do anything, they will cry infront of you.
11) holidays are there but you are not allowed to take them.
Are yr bhut bda ho jayega, baki kuch positive b hai, just like I got good friend circle here.

One more thing, apko saturday and sundays ko b kaam karayega ye.
