Today, I have booked a table for 5 people today evening at 7:00 PM with your Raipur Outlet. I reached there then Mr. Ravindra received us and handed over us to Mr Sumit. Mr. Sumit showed us a seat of four and told us that he will give us another chair adjusted on the walkway and we need to accommodate the fifth person in that. We are a bit over-sized. we can not accommodate a small table of four. We are five people and need a bigger table. There were more vacant tables of 6. if he can get us a table of 6 there. but he said yes! if you are able to finish the food early, then he can allow us to sit on that table. but you need to serve fast too. but you so not have sufficient staff. to serve the tables in time.
Any way This condition was not mentioned at the time of booking that we need to finish the food in a fixed time.
or we need to accommodate ourselves in a small place.
I said if we are not able to sit properly then I am not interested in that dinner.
we came out. I asked give me the complaint register. HE said go online.
Than again Mr Bhagat said he can not give us a bigger seat because today is Sunday though it is vacated. so if I want to go I am free to go back.
Are bhiaya Sunday ko khnae aa gaya meri galti hai mujhe dekh ke aana tha Bhagat sahab ke yaha 5 log kaise kha sakte hain.
Then two Gentlemen( MR Ravindra & Mr Sumit) called a third gentleman who started an argument with me that if I want to sit I need to sit on that table of four and accommodate.
today is Sunday so I can not get a seat for five. He said this is a restaurant not a hotel.
The place is small. I need to understand.
I just drive from my house to your place to enjoy the food, not to argue or understand the logic of staff.
or to accommodate the problems of staff.
I said better you close the outlet.
wonderful question came to me why I am hyper.
I paid for parking, I drove to your place with my fuel. then this business manager is saying why I am getting hyper.
I felt they will serve the Amrit" or I will eat in free.
He can not understand that I reached your outlet with my guest and he is saying to me, " I am sorry I can not give you a proper table." and He is expecting me to accommodate!
I can not understand what was in his mind. Maybe he was thinking I will not pay him money . or I was asking for a discount or something.
I feel the out let is running good so the customer is not treated as taken for granted
