I purchased 30FRC2 Microwave oven on 22 March 2021 and the machine has still not been installed on 02 April 2021. The machine should have been installed within 24 hours but despite informing the company no representative has visited my house for installing the oven. I called up the customer care on 28 Mar and informed them to send a rep categorically on 01 April since I was out of station but despite that they send the rep on 29 Mar and he smartly cancelled my installation request. I feel cheated and disappointed by the company for their apathy and neglect shown towards their loyal customer. I am regretting as to why did I buy this product and would want all of you to reconsider all the aspects related to service/installation/demo etc before buying the product.
